We are currently looking for a proactive Customer Service Advisor to join our clients team based in Coleshill. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a minimum of 6 months' customer service experience who is confident handling both customer queries and administrative tasks.Key Responsibilities:
- Handling incoming customer queries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner
- Making outbound calls to follow up on enquiries
- Performing accurate and efficient data entry and maintaining internal databases
- Providing clear, helpful, and friendly communication to ensure customer satisfaction
- Supporting general administrative tasks
- Minimum of 6 months' experience in a customer service role would be preferable (office, retail, or call centre)
