
Social Impact Co-ordinator

- Researching, analysing, and presenting CDS's social impact through reports and visual content
- Using internal data systems to extract and interpret relevant information
- Collaborating with operational teams to design and implement simple data capture tools (eg. surveys)
- Maintaining a library of current dental policy and government announcements, providing executive summaries
- Mapping and monitoring key stakeholders, including MPs and Integrated Care Boards (ICBs)
- Tracking changes in health and social care providers and commissioning structures
- Has a degree or equivalent experience, with a strong standard of written English
- Has experience gathering, interpreting, and presenting data
- Is confident using Microsoft 365, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Has excellent written communication skills and attention to detail
- Can interrogate systems to obtain and analyse information
- Has experience in communications, data capture, or reporting
- Can build relationships across a multi-site clinical organisation
- Is comfortable working independently and as part of a remote team
- Is self-motivated, organised, and able to manage their own workload
- Has strong interpersonal skills and is confident dealing with a range of stakeholders
