As we continue to grow, we are actively seeking driven, innovative, and imaginative individuals to become part of our dynamic evolution.Our International Logistics team are key in the global supply chain and at the forefront of innovative solutions to ensure our global customers receive the service they expect of the Next brand. Due to significant growth, we are expanding our International team.About the roleAs an International Logistics Coordinator, you will work closely with the rest of the International Logistics team, senior managers, the account management teams of Next's suppliers and other support departments. The role will include a number of reporting, coordination and administration activities to maintain the effective operation of the team. The key objective of the role is to complete various reports on carrier operations and international warehouse performance, ensuring that any reporting is accurate, timely and relevant and to challenge any discrepancies. You will gain a full understanding of operational processes including the associated inputs, outputs and data, the strengths or weaknesses of each process, system or data and make recommendations for improvements in efficiency or service levels.You will manage key carrier accounts by analysing volumes, monitoring KPI's and reviewing new opportunities. You will also develop and maintain process flows for key operations in the UK and overseas by analysing warehouse operational performance.Creating a strong working relationship with key warehouse contacts will be an important element of the role.About youYou will be an excellent communicator, with a proven ability to work with multiple teams and senior managers within Next and with our suppliers. You will possess strong data analysis skills and be able to identify common trends and themes and report your findings to the International senior team.
