The role of Commercial Property Paralegal involves providing vital support to a busy managed legal services team, focusing on property transactions and related documentation. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to work on interesting property work for large corporate clients.The Commercial Property Paralegal will deal with a range of work including;
  • Drafting, reviewing and negotiating asset management documents including leases, licences, variations and surrenders, extensions, consents and other property documents ​
  • Supporting the management of leases tracking key dates, handling renewals and terminations, and maintaining compliance with lease term's
  • Assisting with due diligence for property transactions, collecting and organising documents to facilitate risk assessment and compliance review's
  • Supporting the wider client service team in ensuring compliance across client's asset management portfolio
  • Maintaining organised matter management, ensuring accuracy and accessibility for client team and client's use​
  • Providing informal support to junior paralegals, sharing knowledge and helping develop best practices in document handling and portfolio asset management

  • Experience or interest in property law and legal transactions.
