- Support the Loyalty team in executing loyalty promotions by creating and loading offers into our Loyalty platforms
- Support the Loyalty, Retail & Marketing teams in generating Morrisons More app content and creating social communications to support our Loyalty promotions.
- Support the Loyalty team with resolving and replying to colleague and customer enquiries
- Build and maintain successful relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
- Achieve executional excellence through working with all relevant functions – ensuring all targeted loyalty communications works for colleagues and our customers.
- Follow Targeted Marketing & Loyalty processes to ensure organisational efficiency and control
- Experience of managing Marketing and/or Loyalty activity within a Retail environment
- Technical knowledge of Targeted Marketing & Loyalty processes
- Experience within and/or ability to develop skills within Targeted Marketing software such as salesforce marketing cloud
- Clear communication skills - verbal, written & numerical
- Must be highly organised and able to prioritise a varied workload
- Passionate and committed to delivering great quality work with keen attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise and adapt to change, based on the needs of the business
- Ability to build strong internal and external relationships at all levels, with the ability to influence stakeholders
- Customer focussed with a positive attitude

- Experience of working in fast paced environment with lots of change
