Residential Conveyancing Senior Solicitor (3+ years')An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Senior Solicitor or Associate to join a well-established Residential Property team based in Edinburgh.This role involves managing the full residential conveyancing process for clients. You will handle your own caseload and be confident in all areas of residential conveyancing, including sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of title and discharges.This is a full-time position; however, part-time and flexible working arrangements will also be considered to support individual working preferences and work-life balance.The firm is looking for someone who:
  • Has at least 3 years’ PQE
  • Works well with others and is comfortable working independently
  • Is commercially aware and client-focused
  • Communicates clearly and has strong organisational skills
  • Has a positive, proactive approach to problem-solving
