Join a top-tier Commercial & Technology team renowned for advising high-profile clients across diverse sectors including TMT, fintech, retail, and consumer.In this role, you'll take the lead and provide support on a broad range of commercial agreements, outsourcing arrangements, and technology contracts. You'll also advise on intellectual property and data protection issues, contribute to commercial and tech-driven M&A transactions (including joint ventures), and assist with regulatory investigations in advertising and marketing.You'll be part of a collaborative, forward-thinking team that values initiative and commercial insight. The work is varied, fast-paced, and client-facing, offering excellent scope for professional development and exposure to strategic business matters.Requirements:
  • 2-5 years' PQE gained within a well-regarded commercial practice
  • Proven experience drafting and negotiating commercial contracts
  • Exposure to advertising and marketing sectors is advantageous
  • Strong commercial acumen and a proactive approach to business development
  • A team-oriented mindset and excellent communication skills
