We are a young, lively, and enthusiastic TikTok Shop agency, based in London, with a hybrid working rhythm. Our team is dedicated to helping brands maximise their presence and sales on TikTok. We are passionate about driving growth and innovation in the e-commerce space, and we are seeking an ambitious paid media executive to lead our client success initiatives and elevate the growth of TikTok Shops across our portfolio.What you’ll be doing
- Support Paid Social Campaigns: Assist in setting up and managing paid social campaigns across TikTok Shop and other platforms, ensuring they are delivered on time and to a high standard.
- Creative Input: Work with the content, influencer, and marketing teams to help develop ad creatives that resonate with our audiences and drive performance.
- Campaign Monitoring: Help track and report on campaign performance, learning how to identify key insights and areas for improvement.
- Learning Strategy: Support senior team members in developing paid media strategies, while gaining hands-on experience and expanding your understanding of performance marketing.
- Team & Client Collaboration: Join team meetings and contribute to internal and client discussions around campaign performance and recommendations, with guidance and support from senior colleagues.
- Data & Reporting: Use analytics tools to assist in pulling campaign reports and basic analysis, building your skills in data-driven optimisation.
- Stay Current: Keep an eye on emerging trends, new ad formats, and updates on platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and Meta to share with the wider team.
- Cross-Team Support: Collaborate with content, influencer, and affiliate teams to help execute cohesive and integrated campaign plans.
- Some hands-on experience or strong interest in running paid social campaigns, particularly on TikTok, Meta, or similar platforms. (This could be from a previous role, internship, or personal projects.)
- A keen interest in marketing performance and a desire to learn how to optimise campaigns using data.
- A creative eye and understanding of what makes engaging content in short-form video and social ad formats.
- Strong team player with good communication skills and a willingness to learn from others.
- Basic understanding of analytics tools or a willingness to learn (e.g., TikTok Ads Manager, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics).
