1. Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
and Teams.
2. Previous retail head office experience at an admin or merchandising assistant level
would be advantageous.
3. Strong analytical skills and interpreting data and making sound commercial
decisions.
4. A natural ability to build relationships, influence & manage relationships in a cross-functional role.Responsibilities
- Assist Merchandiser in all aspects to drive trade and the delivery of all relevant
- KPI’s – Sales, Ranging, Profitability and stock availability.
- Be agile, review weekly and in-season trade at sku level including best and worst
- sellers; review and optimise sales utilising key channel trade reports and identify
- risk and opportunities with proposed actions to the Merchandiser.
- Ranging; Review with Merchandiser and work collaboratively with Buying and
- Merchandising and Branch Merchandising teams in actioning system ranging and
- deranging for partnerships, taking responsibility for team cascade.
- Planograms; Create seasonal/promotional planograms with a commercial lens.
- New Line Form process: Lead on partnership new line form process for all
- partnership web channels working collaboratively with internal web team and
- partnership external teams to execute newness in a timely way.
