We are looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Practice Nurse to support our practice team in delivering primary care service to our diverse patient population.You will be working with a varied patient demographic and an experienced Multi-disciplinary team.Main duties of the jobThe ideal candidate will have experience in the core competencies of practice nursing including wound care, child immunisation, independent and proactive chronic disease management (in particular diabeties) and cervical cytology. In addition, experience of management responsibilities would be beneficial, as there will be scope for the successful applicant to take on additional individual organisational and management responsibilities.About usThis is a unique chance to join a successful and forward thinking surgery of 7000 patients close to Hyde park with several stations within close proximity.
