
TPS Warehouse Operative - Part Time

- Warehouse and Sales Performance:
- Safeguard stock integrity by securely storing items and conducting regular stock checks.
- Report any discrepancies promptly and assist in resolving mis-picks.
- Optimize picking efficiency by organising faster-moving parts conveniently and segregating similar items appropriately.
- Verify incoming stock deliveries against pack notes and address any discrepancies.
- Inspect incoming parts for damages and accurately allocate them to designated locations.
- Ensure all parts are properly labelled with part numbers.
- Pick customer orders accurately and promptly for dispatch.
- Ensure correct placement of customer orders for delivery and prevent unauthorised removal of stock.
- Adhere to First In, First Out (FIFO) stock control principles.
- Provide exemplary customer service by accurately fulfilling orders and assisting with problem resolution.
- Ensure that all routes are planned to drive efficiency and meet customers needs.
- Address the needs of trade customers visiting the TPS Centre.
- Adhere strictly to health and safety regulations, particularly concerning manual handling practices.
- Maintain a clean and orderly workspace and follow established business processes and guidelines.
- Ensure proper disposal or recycling of materials in compliance with environmental regulations.
- Manage exchange units and process returns efficiently.
- Complete all necessary documentation accurately and promptly.
- Utilise and update systems effectively and participate in ongoing training to enhance skills.
