TPS Warehouse Operative - Part Time

• Warehouse and Sales Performance:
• Safeguard stock integrity by securely storing items and conducting regular stock checks.
• Report any discrepancies promptly and assist in resolving mis-picks.
• Optimize picking efficiency by organising faster-moving parts conveniently and segregating similar items appropriately.

• Verify incoming stock deliveries against pack notes and address any discrepancies.
• Inspect incoming parts for damages and accurately allocate them to designated locations.
• Ensure all parts are properly labelled with part numbers.

• Pick customer orders accurately and promptly for dispatch.
• Ensure correct placement of customer orders for delivery and prevent unauthorised removal of stock.
• Adhere to First In, First Out (FIFO) stock control principles.

• Provide exemplary customer service by accurately fulfilling orders and assisting with problem resolution.
• Ensure that all routes are planned to drive efficiency and meet customers needs.
• Address the needs of trade customers visiting the TPS Centre.

• Adhere strictly to health and safety regulations, particularly concerning manual handling practices.
• Maintain a clean and orderly workspace and follow established business processes and guidelines.
• Ensure proper disposal or recycling of materials in compliance with environmental regulations.
• Manage exchange units and process returns efficiently.
• Complete all necessary documentation accurately and promptly.
• Utilise and update systems effectively and participate in ongoing training to enhance skills.
