- To ensure all guest receive a genuine, warm and friendly welcome on arrival and departure of their stay.
- To ensure that all vehicles are maintained and serviced by current road regulations + legislation.
- To be responsible for scheduling of rotas and rest days + planning routes cost-effectively.
- Assist with the movement of luggage.
- Drive the hotel bus.
- To ensure all guest queries are handled promptly and efficiently.
- Proven experience in Transport departments
- Must have a full, clean D1 Driving License
- Excellent organisational skills
- To be prepared to be flexible with hours as operations are 7 days a week
- Strong communication and management skills. Ability to lead, inspire and motivate a diverse team of drivers
