
Financial Planning & Analyst Manager

- Developing and continually improving budgeting and financial / operating forecasts
- Analysing the trends of key performance indicators (KPIs), especially relating to financial metrics such as sales, expenses, and profit margin
- Monitoring KPIs and identifying the cause of unexpected variances
- Support leadership teams throughout the business with data driven analysis
- Weekly EBITDA Reporting
- Experience of working in an FMCG business preferable but must demonstrate experience of working in a fast paced, customer focused environment.
- Factory or commercial based experience would be beneficial.

- Exceptional communication skills to interface with a wide variety of audiences across the Group, including people with non-finance background
- High level of integrity, make a strong positive impact and builds networks easily
- Must be comfortable using advanced excel features and have a logical thought process.
- Professional accountancy qualification preferable, as a minimum, must have a finance background.
- Location: Thirsk, North Yorkshire or Crick, Northamptonshire or Kinmel, Wales
- Salary: Competitive
- 15% annual company bonus scheme
- Hours: 37.5 hours per week - Monday to Friday
