Join a well-established, forward-thinking law firm🔊 About the RoleWe are recruiting for a Family Law Solicitor with experience in privately funded family law matters. You will handle a diverse caseload including:
- Divorce and civil partnership dissolution
- Financial settlements and complex asset division
- Child arrangements and parental responsibility
- Cohabitation disputes and agreements
- Pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements
- Large property portfolios
- Business ownership and trusts
- Cross-border/international family issues
- UK-qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive
- Minimum 3 years' PQE in family law within private practice
- Strong knowledge of matrimonial finance and children law
- Client-focused with excellent communication skills
- Choose to work from Plymouth or Totnes office
- Hybrid working available – combine home and office working
