- Manage correspondence and prioritise tasks.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, travel, events, and conferences, including travel risk assessments and itineraries.
- Support leadership and team members with diaries, absences, onboarding, and general administration.
- Take minutes, track follow-up actions, and circulate reports, presentations, and confidential documents.
- Handle expense claims, purchase orders, and NDA administration.
- Act as first point of contact for internal and external queries, calls, and emails.
- Assist with organising team events and third-party visits, including venues, travel, accommodation, and schedules.
- Upload publications and presentations to conference websites as required.
