If so, we’d love to hear from you!We are looking for a self-motivated proactive Learning Content Manager to join our team. Your first priority will be to work closely with partners and SME’s to learn more about what would be helpful to have included in the Learning content and then build from scratch a new induction process. Experience of putting together inductions is essential for this role. You will then begin to redesign and refresh all learning content.We can offer great career progression opportunities, ability to be based anywhere across the UK, benefits which you can flex to meet your needs and training and development opportunities.This is a 12 month fixed term contract, working remotely. You will be working from home most of the time. However, the successful candidate needs to have the flexibility to travel around the North as and when required. We have offices in Durham, Lytham and Glasgow that you will need to attend to meet with various team members on occasions.What you'll be doing:
  • Collecting information, holding workshops, talking to SMEs.
  • Editing current learning content, based on the feedback you have captured from speaking with SME’s and partners.
  • Project managing the instructional design of all learning content.
  • Working closely with SME’s & partners to find ways to improve the induction process.
  • Video editing & creating learning content using various tools.
What you’ll bring:
  • Experience delivering training within a contact centre environment.
  • Instructional Design experience.
  • Ability to use tools such as Camtasia, Articulate Storyline, and MS Office.
It would be great if you had:
  • Knowledge of finance sector, banking call centre.
  • Knowledge of using Learning Management Systems.
