This is a paid, full-time opportunity that offers outstanding professional development for aspiring educators.Your Role as a Graduate Learning Support Assistant:As a Graduate Learning Support Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting students across Key Stages 3 and 4, working closely with teachers to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting students in core subjects such as English, Maths, Science, and Humanities.
- Delivering targeted 1:1 and small-group interventions, helping students overcome academic and emotional barriers.
- Assisting with classroom management, behaviour support, and lesson preparation.
- Helping students stay focused, motivated, and confident in their learning.
- Promoting a respectful, inclusive, and engaging school culture.
- A graduate with a 2:1 or above in a relevant subject such as Psychology, Education or Core Subjects.
- Passionate about education and youth development, with the drive to make a positive impact.
- A clear and confident communicator, capable of building strong relationships with students and staff.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to commit to a full-time role from September 2025 to July 2026.
- Experienced working with young people in some capacity (e.g., tutoring, mentoring, coaching, or volunteering).
- Earn up to £600 per week in a paid, full-time education role.
