
Project Manager

- Translate technical scope and requirements into actionable project plans with deliverables and milestones
- Coordinate the allocation of internal resources for the execution of multiple projects
- Ensure that projects are delivered within budget and track spend and commitments against allocations
- Use appropriate techniques to manage change in project scope, schedule and costs
- Measure project performance using appropriate tools and log lessons learned
- Ensure risks are identified and mitigations are managed appropriately
- Track issues and escalate as appropriate
- Establish and maintain relationships with funding agencies, collaborators, and suppliers
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Lead project reviews with funding agencies, customers or Infleqtion leadership
- Technical background, preferably in one of the following fields: physics, computer science or engineering;
- Proven work experience as a project manager
- Excellent client-facing skills which allows for strong stakeholder relationships based on trust and transparency
- Solid organisational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- A certification in project management e.g. PRINCE II
- Good verbal and written skills with the ability to effectively share information with technical and non-technical staff
- Good collaboration skills, able to work in a team environment where engagement and participation are an expected part of successful job performance
- Bachelor's degree in a technical subject
- PMQ/PMI certification
- An understanding or hands-on experience in the quantum industry
