We're working in partnership with a respected architectural practice known for delivering high-quality projects across a variety of sectors. They are now seeking an experienced Architect (ARB Registered, 5+ years post-Part III) to join their dynamic team and take the lead on exciting new developments from concept through to completion. ? Key Responsibilities: Lead architectural projects through all RIBA stages, ensuring excellence in design and delivery Manage planning applications, technical detailing, and construction phases with a proactive and hands-on approach Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors - both in the studio and on-site Ensure all designs meet current UK Building Regulations and local planning policies Maintain quality control and project timelines while identifying and resolving design or site issues Prepare detailed technical drawings using AutoCAD and ensure accurate documentation throughout Contribute to a collaborative, professional, and forward-thinking working environment ? Skills & Experience Required: ARB registered with a minimum of 5 years' experience post-Part III in a UK practice Demonstrable experience delivering projects through all work stages Confident in managing project teams and liaising with key stakeholders Strong understanding of UK Building Regulations and planning procedures Proficient in AutoCAD Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a meticulous attention to detail Previous project management experience essential
