  • Hours: 11AM - 7.30PM, Monday - Friday
  • Location: Stoke-on-Trent
  • Hybrid working: 3 days in the office, 2 days working from home

What will you be doing as the Customer Service Advisor?
  • Taking inbound calls from customers
  • Processing orders
  • Sorting out returns
  • Handling enquiries & complaints
  • Suggesting alternative products that offer better value
What do you need, to be considered for the role of Customer Service Advisor?
  • Experience in a customer-facing role (doesn't need to be in an office)
  • Comfortable handling high call volumes
