We're looking for dedicated SEN Teachers to provide one-to-one support for students who face a range of learning and emotional challenges. This is a unique opportunity to deliver personalised education that empowers young people to thrive both academically and personally.What You'll Be DoingCreating a Safe and Supportive Environment: Build trust and consistency to help students feel secure and ready to learn.Designing Individualised Learning Plans: Tailor your teaching to meet each student's academic and emotional needs.Working in Partnership with Families: Collaborate with parents and carers to ensure continuity of support beyond the classroom.Encouraging Confidence and Progress: Use creative, empathetic teaching to build resilience, self-esteem, and academic success.Leading by Example: Promote positive behaviours and values that inspire lifelong learning and personal growth.What We're Looking ForQualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent (PGCE)Minimum of two years' teaching experienceStrong subject knowledge in Maths, English, and Science (UK curriculum)Experience across Key Stages 1 to 4Excellent English skills and a background in SEN educationEnhanced DBS on the Update ServiceLegal right to work in the UKA thorough understanding of safeguarding responsibilitiesWhy Join Sugarman Health and Wellbeing?At Sugarman, we believe in the potential of every child.
