  • Supporting independence, dignity, and choice
  • Building meaningful, trusting relationships
  • Helping clients live life their way-safely, confidently, and on their own terms
About You:
  • Naturally kind, compassionate, and dependable
  • Passionate about allowing client to exercise choice and control over their own lives as far as they are able in everyday matters as much as possible
  • A great communicator and thoughtful listener
  • A driving licence is a bonus, but not essential.
  • Experienced or eager to learn in care roles
  • Passionate about supporting others with respect and empathy
