The successful candidate will take a lead role in supporting students on modified timetables within Key Stage 4. This includes developing and delivering a newly launched Learning Intervention provision, and building strong links with external providers to ensure bespoke pathways for individual learners.You’ll also collaborate with subject faculties and Middle Leaders to monitor progress, ensure appropriate academic support is in place, and help create a cohesive and inclusive school experience for all students accessing this provision.Key Responsibilities:
Design and lead intervention programmes for students on modified timetablesDevelop partnerships with external education and support providersWork closely with teaching staff and Middle Leaders to track progress and engagementMaintain clear communication with parents, carers, and external agenciesPromote an inclusive, student-centred approach to learning and personal developmentQualities:Previous experience of working with childrenExperience of running group interventions
