- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) significant post-qualification experience.
- Proven experience in a finance business partnering role.
- Demonstrated experience in leading and developing a team of finance professionals.
- Strong financial modelling and analytical skills, with proficiency in Excel and other financial software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of the gambling industry.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
- Experience with financial systems.
- Experience in the gambling industry is beneficial.
- Leading the development of annual budgets and forecasts for Net Revenue working closely with business stakeholders and the analyst team to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
- Providing insightful analysis of monthly financial performance against budget, forecast, and prior periods, identifying key trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
- Preparing and presenting financial reports and presentations to senior management, communicating key insights and recommendations.
- Attending regular business meetings to understand key initiatives, challenges, and opportunities.
- Evaluating the financial impact of strategic initiatives, investment proposals, and new product launches within Revenue.
- Developing comprehensive business cases for new projects and initiatives, ensuring that all financial aspects are thoroughly considered.
- Leading, managing, and developing a team of Finance Analysts, providing clear direction, coaching, and performance feedback.
