Current focus includes arm's length pricing of cross-border transactions such as service, funding, and intellectual property, valuation of business entities, and other business planning and controversy resolutions.Responsibilities may include developing detailed financial and economic models, and conducting quantitative analysis, financial transaction pricing, statistical analysis, and comparative valuation analysesCandidates must hold or being towards a Masters or PhD, from a top tier university, in Economics, Corporate Finance or a related discipline with exceptional analytical skills and strong academic records.Qualified candidates must be detail-oriented and have the ability to think analytically and critically, and have excellent technical, oral and written communication skills.
