This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious individual with a strong quantity surveying and contractual background to take ownership of the commercial strategy and delivery of schemes across the Northwest.The RoleAs Commercial Manager, you will play a key role in both pre-construction and live project delivery. You will provide expert commercial leadership from tender stage through to final account, ensuring the company’s commercial position is safeguarded at all times.
