- Research companies, sectors, and senior contacts aligned with Arum’s ideal customer profiles (ICPs) and target markets
- Monitor buying signals such as funding rounds, leadership changes, tenders, and regulatory shifts to identify timely sales opportunities
- Build and maintain enriched, segmented lead lists using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Cognism, or equivalent
- Qualify leads generated through marketing activity via outreach to assess fit and intent
- Generate your own leads through design and execution of highly targeted outbound campaigns
- Book discovery calls and meetings for Business Development Directors (BDDs)
- Track competitor activity and market movements to surface new verticals, pain points, or whitespace opportunities
- Maintain CRM hygiene and ensure complete, accurate records of lead progression and outcomes
- Provide weekly reporting on lead funnel metrics and continuously improve lead generation processes
- 3–5 years’ experience in B2B lead generation, sales research, market analysis, or sales operations
- Experience operating in financial services, utilities, telecommunications, SaaS markets
- Proven ability to turn data and signals into qualified opportunities and meetings
- Hands-on experience using prospecting tools and CRMs
- Strong understanding of lead segmentation, scoring, and prioritisation
- Excellent online research skills with a proactive, commercially minded approach
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, target-driven sales environment
- Confident communicator with a collaborative attitude toward sales and marketing alignment
