We are looking for a motivated and delivery focused Project Manager to join North Sedgemoor Primary Care Network on a fixed term one year contract. This is a hands on role where you will turn plans into action and help drive forward our bold transformation programme.Reporting directly to the Network Director, and supported by a Service Development Lead, you will lead projects that span clinical, operational and digital change. You will plan, document and deliver improvements that make a tangible difference to patients and staff.You do not need to come from a healthcare background, although experience in a regulated, complex or high risk environment will be a strong advantage. What matters most is that you are organised, resilient and able to keep projects moving from concept to delivery.This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys making things happen. The role is initially fixed term for twelve months, with the possibility of extension or conversion to a permanent post as our programme of work grows.Main duties of the jobLead and deliver multiple projects across clinical, operational and digital workstreams, directed by the Network DirectorProduce clear documentation including project plans, policies, procedures and reportsRun structured meetings, record actions and keep stakeholders aligned and accountableMonitor progress, risks and issues, escalating promptly with solutions and recommendationsWork across practices and partner organisations to embed change and ensure safe implementationBalance competing priorities in a complex, regulated environment and keep projects moving to time and qualityAbout usNorth Sedgemoor PCN is a partnership of five GP practices caring for around 50,000 people across Burnham on Sea, Brent, Berrow, Highbridge, Cheddar and Axbridge.
