- Strong evidence of producing clear documentation such as policies, procedures, SOPs and reports
- Experience of engaging senior stakeholders and presenting concise updates
- Experience in healthcare, primary care or the wider NHS
- Experience of digital, data or operational transformation projects
- Degree level education or equivalent experience.
- Evidence of continuing professional development.
- Project management certification such as PRINCE2, APM PMQ or Agile.
- Training in change management or service improvement
