We are looking for full-time practitioners who can bring creativity, passion, and a positive attitude to their role. As an Early Years Practitioner, you will play a key role in ensuring the highest standards of care and education for children, following the EYFS curriculum and safeguarding procedures.Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality childcare and early years education to children aged 0-5 years
- Implement engaging and creative teaching methods to stimulate learning and development
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of the EYFS curriculum
- Create and maintain a safe, supportive, and nurturing environment for children
- Actively promote positive child development and behaviour management strategies
- Build meaningful relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
- Ensure the nursery meets all safeguarding standards and health and safety regulations ️
- A minimum Level 2 qualification in Early Years Education, Childcare, Teaching and Learning, or a related field
- Previous experience in a nursery or childcare setting, or currently enrolled in a relevant childcare course
- A strong understanding of the EYFS curriculum and child development principles
- A natural enthusiasm for working with children and a passion for delivering excellent care and education
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with children, parents, and the team ️
- A positive, proactive attitude towards problem-solving and continuous improvement
- All applicants must undergo an enhanced DBS check (Child Workforce) prior to working if not already in possession of one that is registered to the update service. The cost of a DBS would be put forward to the applicant.
