Clario is expanding its Digital Physiology team in the UK and is hiring a Senior Clinical Data Programmer.In this role, you’ll develop and test SAS code, review data specifications, and collaborate with Data Managers to ensure accurate data file creation. You’ll also support program validation, quality control, and ad-hoc programming, while driving process improvements and becoming a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in key offerings. Join us to help shape the future of healthcare through high-quality data solutions.What we offerCompetitive compensationAttractive benefits (security, flexibility, support and well-being)Remote working with full technology setupWhat you'll be doingDevelop and test SAS code for standard and custom data file creationReview Clario’s data specifications and collaborate with Data Managers to finalize themAttend client meetings to understand data collection needsValidate encoding programs and perform ad-hoc programming for:Quality control checksData resolution/miningClient-specific requestsGain exposure across modalities and become an SME in our top 5 offeringsReview user requirements and contribute to functional and technical specificationsSupport Data Management with programming for data reviewParticipate in internal/external audits and represent Clinical Data Programming in NPI processesIdentify and implement process improvementsContribute to best practices for quality, efficiency, and effectivenessAct as CDP SME in cross-functional meetingsMentor new team members and support onboardingHelp develop SOPs and related documentationComplete administrative tasks as neededWhat we look forBS/BA in Life Sciences, Computer Science, or related fieldSAS Advanced Certification10+ years of SAS programming experience in pharma or CRO, including SAS/Base, SAS/Macro, SAS/SQL1+ years in database design and data structures5+ years in pharmaceutical or healthcare industryStrong organizational, analytical, and communication skillsDetail-oriented with experience in CDISC SDTM and Define standards (e.g., EG, CO, DM, RE, VS, SUPP)Proficiency in Windows and Microsoft OfficeFluent in English (spoken and written)Experience with other programming languages is a plusProven ability to work with large, complex patient data setsKnowledge of technical and regulatory requirementsExcellent time management across multiple projectsAt Clario, we put people first.
