Location: Woolpit, Bury St Edmunds
Working Hours: 37 Hours Per Week, Monday – Friday
Salary: £27,000 - £30,000 (DOE)Benefits:

- Coordinating with Service Engineers to attend appointments
- Raising delivery notes and invoices
- Updating information on internal systems and feeding back to principal contractors
- Managing incoming calls and email enquiries in a professional and friendly manner
- Transferring information from the SAPs system and updating jobs on internal and contractor platforms
- Managing your own workload while supporting the wider customer care team
- Previous experience in a customer care or administrative role is desirable
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Personable and adaptable with a proactive approach
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Good time management and multitasking abilities
- Proficient computer skills including Excel; Sage experience is advantageous, though training will be provided
