Data Programme Manager / Deputy Head of Data | Sussex – Hybrid | Outside IR35 – £600 per dayCurrently looking for a Data Lead to help take a business from Excel-heavy reporting into the 21st century of data. You’ll be turning raw data into actionable insights, leading a team and helping shape how the organisation works with data.The role will involve:
  • Acting as deputy to the Head of Data
  • Moving away from legacy Excel processes towards modern reporting (Power BI, data warehousing, agile ways of working)
  • Leading and supporting the data team, creating high-quality data sets, reports, dashboards, and insights
  • Establishing data best practices across the organisation
We are ideally looking for someone that has either operated in a ‘Head of Data’ role before, with experience of leading teams in the past and establishing agile ways of working across organisations.If you have strong experience in Power BI, agile methodology, data warehousing, and team leadership, please apply directly.
