- Answer a high volume of calls and maintain a customer focused approach to message taking for the effective follow up by the relevant employee(s)
- Provide support across the business, where needed
- Raise jobs to engineers
- Check all job cards and ensure they are accurate
- False alarm logging and follow up action if required
- Chase outstanding invoices and update records accordingly
- Follow and comply with all policies and procedures which includes the Health and Safety procedures, ensuring personal safety and the safeguarding of the interests and safety of all staff, visitors, and contractors.
- Perform other admin tasks as assigned
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
- Proficient in computer skills
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Previous experience in an administrative role is essential
- A positive and proactive approach
- Able to prioritise tasks
- Can work independently, as well as part of a team
