Rate: £445/day (Outside IR35)A leading not-for-profit charity clinic in Edinburgh is seeking a Part-Time Business Analyst to support the rollout of a new operating model. This is a hands-on, people-focused role ideal for someone with a background in operational improvement and change management.You'll work closely with the clinic's management team to assess current operations, identify gaps, and help drive a cultural shift in service delivery.Key Responsibilities
- Support the design and implementation of a new operating model.
- Provide operational coaching and guidance to the management team.
- Conduct process mapping and gap analysis to identify areas for improvement.
- Assess the current "as-is" state and help define the "to-be" model.
- Bridge operational gaps and support the team through change.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in operational or service environments.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and coaching skills.
- Experience in healthcare or similar sectors is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and influence change at all levels.
