An opportunity has arisen to recruit an assistant practitioner in the Denbighshire Locality. This is a new role working within the district nursing team.The successful applicant will have the Foundation Degree in Healthcare Practice (level 4) which is an essential qualification to be considered for the role.Main duties of the jobThe district nursing team support and care for those living in the community. This post is an enhanced role which will require a prior set of skills as described in the personal specification.
