- Ensuring that all customer requests and enquires are dealt with in an efficient and professional manner
- Managing Meeting & Events from enquiry stage through to delivery by the operations team
- Particpate in targeted sales blitz activity to win potential business for the hotel
- Maintain all market segment databases and ensure appropriate mailings are carried out
- Conduct market research and telesales campaigns as required
- Complete monthly reports and provide critical analysis to highlight current business levels and all new
- Assist with the co-ordination of corporate hospitality events
- Maintain a professional and working attitude and demeanour towards otherteam members and clientele
- Communicating and cooperating with management colleagues
