Whether you’ve worked in education before, or you’re switching from a youth work or coaching background, this role is perfect if you can command a room, keep learning on track, and stay calm under pressure.What you’ll be doing:Delivering pre-set lessons across a range of subjectsManaging behaviour and keeping students focusedSupporting learners with classwork and routinesActing as a familiar face across local schoolsYou’ll be great if you:Have experience working with young people (schools, coaching, mentoring, youth work etc.)Feel confident leading a class and managing behaviourCan adapt quickly to new environments and challengesHave a proactive, professional, and approachable mannerThinking about teaching in future?
