- Develop and execute high-level creative concepts and design solutions for Study Group and university partner brands
- Lead brand development initiatives, contributing to and maintaining brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across channels
- Manage design projects from concept through to delivery, balancing creativity with timely, high-quality execution
- Present creative concepts to stakeholders and communicate design rationale with confidence and clarity
- Stay up to date with the latest design trends, tools and best practices, ensuring Study Group’s creative output remains fresh and innovative
- Prepare artwork for professional production and ensure final outputs meet technical standards
- Collaborate effectively across the marketing team and wider organisation to deliver integrated campaigns
- Approximately 5 years’ experience in a design role/environment
- Proven ability to work within brand design guidelines
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Strong ability to translate brand guidelines into engaging creative output
