*Encouraging the student's confidence, independence, and participation in an inclusive classroom environmentWhat We're Looking For:*Experience supporting young people with autism and/or hearing impairments
*Knowledge of secondary curriculum and SEN best practices
*A patient, compassionate, and proactive approach to learning support
