*Implementing adaptive strategies to support autism and hearing impairment
*Collaborating with teaching staff, the SENCO, and external professionals to meet the student's EHCP objectives
*Encouraging the student's confidence, independence, and participation in an inclusive classroom environmentWhat We're Looking For:*Experience supporting young people with autism and/or hearing impairments
*Knowledge of secondary curriculum and SEN best practices
*A patient, compassionate, and proactive approach to learning support
