- Provide expert supervision and guidance to social workers every 4 weeks, including both case and personal supervision conducted one-on-one with the team manager.
- Engage in team meetings at least every two weeks, participating in group supervision and learning from guest speakers.
- Contribute to team dynamics through peer reviews and rotating team roles.
- Develop and implement practice improvements within the Children & Families Team.
- Support the professional development of colleagues and contribute to the learning culture of the organisation.
