Engage in impactful work from 3rd March to 27th June 2025, where you will split your time between the comfort of home and the lively office – spending 2 days per week in the office and 3 days working from home. Ideally, you’ll already be rooted in the Bristol community or willing and able to immerse yourself in face-to-face interactions. What you will do:
  • Lead and chair safeguarding meetings, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Provide supervision, allocation, and performance management to ensure effective team delivery.
  • Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to develop safeguarding strategies and action plans.
  • Conduct risk assessments and make informed decisions about adult protection.
  • Support continuous improvement of safeguarding practices and policies.
  • Engage in direct work with adults at risk, offering professional advice and support.
  • Act as a point of contact for safeguarding queries and provide expert guidance.
