This is an outstanding opportunity for a seasoned Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) professional to contribute during a critical period of growth and transformation. As the FP&A Manager, you will lead and mentor a team of finance professionals while managing consolidated financial planning and analysis activities. You will also focus on strengthening financial reporting processes, delivering actionable insights, and driving efficiencies to support the company's substantial growth trajectory.Key Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and mentorship to the FP&A team, creating a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Collaborate closely with the FP&A Director, Group Finance Director, and Chief Accounting Officer to deliver on key objectives.
- Manage a complex budgeting process, ensuring deliverables meet deadlines and exceed expectations.
- Oversee consolidated, accurate and timely reporting, including budget preparations, variance analysis, and forecasting.
- Prepare high-quality reports and insightful financial analysis
- Conduct fluctuation analysis and interpret trends, offering actionable insights to inform strategic decision-making.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across the business, particularly Regional Finance Directors.
- Drive continuous process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial reporting and analysis.
- Lead and coordinate the team's tasks to ensure deliverables are met with excellence.
- Professionally qualified accountant (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with a proven track record of maintaining up-to-date knowledge and expertise.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, including the ability to influence and challenge senior stakeholders.
- Prior experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with the drive to adapt to and lead through organisational change.
- Strong Excel skills are essential for this role.
- Previous experience in an international organisation is desirable but not essential.
