We're looking for an experienced Pharmacy Technician to deliver high-quality, remote care for patients with long-term conditions across the UK. Working from home, you'll manage your own clinic, support treatment optimisation, and collaborate with Suveras innovative clinical team. Be part of a growing healthtech startup where your expertise drives real impact in a flexible, mission-driven, and tech-enabled environment.Main duties of the jobClinical ResponsibilitiesRecord and manage patient data in Suvera and GP systemsInterpret clinical risk and follow SOPsProvide lifestyle advice on smoking, alcohol, diet, and exerciseRefer complex cases to appropriate cliniciansCollaborate with the wider clinical teamReview clinical letters and complete medicine reconciliationUse clinical judgment to assess needs and provide safe, effective care (focus: NDH, hypertension, asthma, hypercholesterolaemia)Gain informed consent for medication changes and counsel on adherence and side effectsEnsure appropriate tests are ordered and completedResolve medicine-related queries and ensure safe prescribing in line with NICE guidelinesSupport medicine request processing, ensuring safety and formulary adherenceNon-Clinical / Administrative ResponsibilitiesMaintain patient privacy, dignity, and safetyOnboard patients into Suveras Virtual ClinicDocument clinical notes accuratelySupport QOF recall and follow-upCollaborate with admin and ops teamsContribute to audits, reporting, and service improvementJoin meetings and shared learning sessionsSupport system and workflow developmentComplete all required trainingTraining & DevelopmentEngage in training and appraisalTake ownership of personal/professional growthShare knowledge and mentor peers when appropriateAbout usSuvera is transforming healthcare with a mission to keep people in good health, wherever they are.   • Currently working as a Pharmacy Technician within NHS and have more than 12 months experience in this role.
  • Tech-savvy familiar with EMIS Web, SystmOne, and Microsoft Office

  • Previous experience working for a digital healthcare provider
