This is a hands-on position where you'll take ownership of both technology and product, with a clear pathway towards CTO as the company scales.The Role
  • Take ownership of our technical direction — from architecture and infrastructure to engineering standards.
  • Translate commercial and product strategy into scalable, high-quality technical delivery.
  • Stay hands-on with coding, technical design, and problem-solving.
  • Shape the product roadmap, ensuring it aligns with customer needs and business goals.
  • Lead and coordinate outsourced development partners, ensuring speed and quality.
  • Work closely with the founders as the technical voice in both product and strategic discussions.
  • Grow into a senior leadership role, with the pathway towards CTO as the business expands.
This is our first senior technical hire in years, giving you rare influence across both product and technology. You'll have the chance to build the technical function almost from scratch, but with the stability of:
  • A well-funded business already established across three countries
  • A well-known brand with recurring revenue from loyal enterprise customers (5+ years).
  • Access to direct customer feedback and a validated product base.
  • A close-knit, founder-led team that has worked together successfully for many years
What we're looking for
  • Minimum 4+ years of professional full-stack experience (specific stack flexible).
2+ years of leadership exposure (e.g. leading a small team, owning product delivery, or managing outsourced developers) * Interest in product strategy, with an understanding of how technology drives customer value.
  • Hungry, ambitious, and hands-on, excited to step into a role with greater ownership of both technology and product.
  • Strong communication skills, able to bridge technical and commercial perspectives.
