- Process and screen external and internal applications/CVs/online profiles. Handle queries and provide advice
- Utilise talent pools to identify suitable candidates, ensuring talent pools are maintained and created as required
- Use available tools to proactively source passive candidates in the market and promote RS Group opportunities
- Deliver qualified, pre-screened, high calibre candidates to the business within agreed timeframes
- Prepare and submit shortlists to hiring managers, driving pace of process to ensure great outcomes
- Support and manage the candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle, ensuring SLAs are always upheld
- Anticipate potential issues to hiring and take proactive remedial action, have relevant mitigations in place or ways of working to ensure issues are resolved, demand is effectively management and roles fulfilled
- Provide Senior TA Manager and stakeholder groups with regular updates, MI and reports, along with any issues arising and solutions/mitigation being implemented
- Ensure our employer brand and culture is at the heart of all recruitment delivery discussions and activity and are used within the agreed parameters/guidelines
- Work in partnership with stakeholders to propose and introduce creative ways to enhance brand, both internally and externally in all recruitment delivery and processes
- Embed the Diversity and Inclusion agenda by understanding RS and the business areas' priorities, getting involved in RS Group ERG's and work to diversify representation of under-represented populations and skills in your hiring
- Proactively establish strong ties to external, underrepresented talent pools and ensure all talent attraction efforts are inclusive
- Experience of direct and pro-active sourcing techniques.
- Strong focus on candidate and hiring manager experience.
- Ability to work across a breadth of functions and stakeholders, appreciating cultural sensitivities and differences.
- Ability to provide creative solutions to sourcing candidates when a different approach is required.
- Sound working knowledge of relevant employment law impacting recruitment in the countries in which you operate.
- Demonstrated ability to develop effective, credible relationships, challenge, and work with integrity at all levels within the organisation to influence recruitment decisions.
- Able to manage expectations/conflicting requirements and priorities of multiple stakeholders.
- Business fluent in English language.
