Assessment and PlanningCarry out Care Act-compliant assessments and determine eligibility.Co-create outcome-focused care and support plans with service users.Conduct Mental Capacity Assessments and make Best Interest decisions when necessary.2. SafeguardingLead or contribute to Section 42 enquiries.Develop and manage safeguarding plans to address risk and vulnerability.Apply statutory guidance and policy in all safeguarding duties.
