Job Title: Audio Sales ExecutiveLocation: Langley
Salary: £40,000 - £55,000 + Bonus
Working Hours: Monday - Friday | 40 hours per weekAbout the Role:As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for responding to inbound enquiries, developing new business, and managing client accounts from first contact to closing sales. This role involves selling a wide range of premium pro audio products into the live events sector.Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to enquiries from the website and inbound calls.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities.
  • Upsell where possible to maximise revenue.
  • Provide technical advice to clients on audio, video, and lighting products.
  • Attend face to face meetings with clients and conduct engaging product demonstrations.
  • Attend relevant industry events.
  • Effectively communicate payment terms and conditions to customers.
  • Liaise with logistics team to ensure efficient order fulfilment.
  • Maintain up-to-date information on the CRM system.
Skills & Experience:
  • Proven sales experience in AV, audio, or entertainment lighting would be highly beneficial.
  • Understanding of pro audio equipment (mixing desks, speakers, amplifiers, microphones, etc.).
