I am seeking a number of Senior Systems Engineering Consultants to join and expanding team, bringing expertise across various stages of the systems engineering lifecycle. As a Senior Systems Engineering Consultant, your main responsibilities will include:
- Research and concept development of systems solutions.
- Development and management of system requirements.
- Design process engineering for hardware, software, and mixed technology systems.
- Systems safety engineering and analysis of systems safety requirements.
- Systems integration and structuring of complex systems.
- Systems performance evaluation for verification and validation.
- System integrity analysis, resilience, and impact assessment.
- Through life environmental impact evaluation of complex systems.
- Systems qualification and acceptance.
- Leading practitioner of Systems Engineering activities across multiple areas and lifecycle phases.
- Background in systems or similar engineering discipline within a complex engineering environment.
- Technical Degree, equivalent qualification, or relevant experience.
- Comfortable with resolving ambiguity in task, system, and requirements definition.
- Effective communication with various stakeholders.
- Delivery-focused with a determination to make a positive impact.
Beyond essential skills, desirable experience may include:
- Working closely with demanding clients.
- Proficiency in relevant technology disciplines, processes, or tools.
- Experience with requirements management tools (e.g., DOORS) or architecture approaches/tools (e.g., MODAF, NAF, Rhapsody, Enterprise Architect).
- Professional certifications (e.g., CEng, CSEP, MSP, Prince2, APMP, ADKAR, Agile) or relevant post-graduate qualifications.
