With a strong emphasis on pastoral care and personalised learning, the School creates a calm and respectful setting where pupils feel safe, valued, and empowered to succeed. Teamwork is central to their approach, with staff working closely to support both academic progress and emotional development.Your Role Will Include
  • Supporting individual students or small groups in their daily learning
  • Helping to adapt lessons and resources to meet varied learning styles
  • Promoting positive behaviour and encouraging self-regulation
  • Supporting life skills, independence, and social confidence
  • Assisting with extracurricular activities and hands-on learning experiences
  • Maintaining a safe, inclusive, and respectful learning space
What We're Looking For
  • Experience working in UK Schools, ideally 6 to 12 months in SEN support
  • Knowledge of Autism, ADHD, SEMH, and other related conditions
  • Patience, resilience, and a nurturing, flexible attitude
  • Excellent communication and teamworking abilities
  • A current Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply)
