- Helping to adapt lessons and resources to meet varied learning styles
- Promoting positive behaviour and encouraging self-regulation
- Supporting life skills, independence, and social confidence
- Assisting with extracurricular activities and hands-on learning experiences
- Maintaining a safe, inclusive, and respectful learning space
- Experience working in UK Schools, ideally 6 to 12 months in SEN support
- Knowledge of Autism, ADHD, SEMH, and other related conditions
- Patience, resilience, and a nurturing, flexible attitude
- Excellent communication and teamworking abilities
- A current Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply)
