Sales Manager

- Managing and developing the residential sales department in the Minehead office
- Generating new instructions and building the sales portfolio
- Supporting and mentoring team members to achieve targets
- Developing strong relationships with vendors, buyers, and stakeholders
- Overseeing the sales process from instruction to completion
- Ensuring compliance with current property legislation and internal processes
- Driving marketing initiatives and managing listing visibility
- Representing the brand with professionalism and integrity
- Minimum 2 years' experience in residential property sales
- Previous team leadership or management experience is desirable
- Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organised, self-motivated, and target-driven
- Able to work under pressure and prioritise effectively
- Full UK driving licence and own vehicle essential
- NAEA or similar industry qualification (or willing to work towards it)
